Health And Feelings

Health= happiness or unhappiness?
Feelings= good for you or not?

The connection between health and feeling is that both of them are needy for our life
and for our lifestyle.
If you want to be health person, you should do sport sport and more sport! you should also laugh because laugh is make you more younger.
Feelings are also good for our lifestyle. the feeling's role is to make reliability and open heart between people.
But, sometimes when you really exaggerate on the sport and on the reliability, it can be worse and it can be hurts you...
So, if you do thinks that you really love and they make you feel good, just do that! but in moderation.
